Meet the Founder
Kristen Deeley
With 19 years of professional experience, including seven years in management and seven years in senior leadership, I bring extensive operational, strategic and business development expertise to Avanti Advisory Group.
Throughout my career, I've worked across complex, highly regulated environments, leading teams, strengthening organisational performance and supporting businesses through change, development and growth.
My experience spans operational leadership, business development, quality assurance, strategic planning, workforce development, governance and digital transformation. I've led organisational improvement initiatives, implemented new systems and developed strategies to improve efficiency, strengthen performance and achieve sustainable outcomes.
Among my professional achievements, I have supported two care providers in achieving Outstanding ratings from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and received a national award recognising my contribution to the development of an existing brand.
These achievements reflect my ability to translate strategic objectives into practical improvements, combining strong leadership with a detailed understanding of operational challenges, regulatory requirements and organisational development.
Why I Founded Avanti
I established Avanti Advisory Group to make experienced, practical and strategic support accessible to organisations looking to develop, improve and grow.
Having worked at both operational and senior leadership levels, I understand the pressures organisations face, from managing day-to-day demands to planning for long-term success.
My approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience. I believe consultancy should go beyond recommendations, providing practical solutions that organisations can implement with confidence.
While my professional background is firmly rooted in health and social care, the skills and expertise I've developed are transferable across sectors. Effective governance, strong leadership, business development, operational efficiency and continuous improvement are essential to every successful organisation.
Through Avanti Advisory Group, my aim is to help organisations realise their potential, navigate challenges and achieve meaningful, lasting results.
